Team dedicated to accounting and tax compliance Position: **Junior Accountant** Job Description: We are looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounting and tax compliance. You will work closely with the accounting team and report directly to your immediate supervisor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Duties: * Record invoicing in XML format and enter it into CONTPAQ * Record federal and state taxes * Record and accrue client payroll * Record all deposits, checks, and bank transfers, verifying corresponding documentation * Perform bank reconciliations * File informative tax returns * Comply with audits and follow up on audit observations until closure * Monitor tax payment execution in coordination with the treasury department * Ensure compliance with the company’s tax obligations and filings * Support all activities required by your immediate supervisor Working Conditions: * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break * Days off: Saturday and Sunday * Schedule subject to change based on organizational needs * Salary: $12000.00 – $15000.00 monthly, depending on qualifications * Productivity bonus * All statutory benefits and additional perks If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining a team dedicated to accounting and tax compliance, we invite you to apply.
