Position Summary: We are seeking an Installation Technician for special systems with experience in electrical and low-voltage infrastructure, capable of leading and working under pressure. Teamwork, leadership, assertive communication. Personnel management. **Requirements**: Completed high school education; technical professional or related field. Experience in installation of electrical and low-voltage infrastructure, support and conduits for thick-wall and thin-wall structures (galvanized fittings, PVC, and charofil), cabinets and junction boxes. Experience in installations at slab level, floor level, and elevated work including scaffolding and ladders. Operation and use of power tools (rotary hammer, angle grinder, bench saws, drill). Operation and use of measurement tools: multimeter, ammeter (AC and DC), tone tester. Basic knowledge of low-voltage and special systems cabling, including voice and data, alarm systems, and electricity (low and medium voltage). Desirable experience in UTP cabling, fire detection alarm systems, vehicular access control (barriers) and/or pedestrian access control (doors), HVAC automation systems, and optical fiber. Operation and use of lifting platforms. Main Responsibilities: Supervision of assigned personnel, materials, and tools. Execution of quality installations coordinated by the site supervisor or crew leader (foreman). Reading of blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and installation details. Voltage verification on electrical feeds prior to making connections. Assembly of accessories and devices for special systems. **We Offer**: Salary commensurate with experience: $18,000–$24,000 monthly gross Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday half-day Statutory benefits Work location: Hotel zone between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
