Location: Pedregal, Coyoacán CDMX We Are Seeking Talent: **Accounting Assistant (to cover temporary incapacity)** ### **Job Objective** Provide efficient administrative support through billing management, report preparation, and agenda control, contributing to order, compliance, and smooth administrative operations within the department. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Billing** * Prepare, review, and issue invoices in accordance with tax and administrative guidelines. * Track issued invoices, cancellations, and reissuances. * Maintain updated physical and digital billing records. * Assist in basic invoice vs. payment reconciliation. **Reporting** * Prepare administrative and billing reports (weekly and monthly). * Update databases and internal controls in Excel or other systems. * Assist in collecting and validating information for internal reports. **Agenda and Administrative Tasks** * Manage and track agendas (appointments, meetings, reminders). * Coordinate calls, meetings, and basic logistical support. * Handle emails and phone calls, and channel information promptly. * Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, document control, requisitions). ### **Job Requirements** **Education** * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in similar administrative roles. * Experience in billing (CFDI handling preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Electronic invoicing. * Intermediate Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas). * Proficiency in Office suite. * Organization of physical and digital files. **What We Offer** * Salary: $15,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–19:00; Friday, 09:00–15:00
