




Position Summary: This role involves comprehensive HR support, from recruitment and onboarding to administrative tasks and fostering a positive work environment through engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel recruitment and selection 2. Administrative support in personnel management 3. Promotion of a positive work environment · Personnel recruitment and selection · Assist with transcription of employment contracts and posting of job openings on various job boards · Utilize social media platforms as an alternative channel for talent sourcing; collect applicant information · Handle incoming calls and emails, as well as draft and distribute documentation · Schedule appointments and meetings, and prepare reports and spreadsheets · Welcome and conduct orientation tours for new hires; maintain records of employee birthdays and significant dates · Consider employees’ input for improving the work environment, including team-building activities and integration exercises · Prepare new employee files and verify completion of required documentation for benefits and compensation purposes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
