We are currently seeking a senior profile to lead the payroll function in a high-volume operation, with direct impact on fiscal compliance, operational stability, and proper management of human capital. This position requires an individual with **technical judgment, strong leadership, and a results-oriented focus**, capable of ensuring absolute control over payroll processes in demanding environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of the company’s weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Review of stamped receipts, Federal Labor Law (LFT) compliance, and various applicable deductions. * Analysis and control of additional withholdings such as FONACOT and INFONAVIT, alimony, etc. * Payroll vs. accounting reconciliations. * Ensuring strict order and control over tax calculations and withholdings, properly validating IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT payments for group companies. * Timely identification and resolution of payroll deviations. * Ensuring correct salary integration with IMSS, including determination of the IMSS occupational risk premium. * Updating and implementing tax and social security reforms focused on payroll and social welfare. **Ideal Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferably with professional license) * Proven experience leading high-volume payroll operations Technical expertise in: * Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT * REPSE * Government platforms (SAT, IMSS, etc.) * Advanced Excel * Handling government portal procedures * Knowledge of salary scales **Offer** * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Key position with direct impact on operations * operations **Location** Cuernavaca, Morelos **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **This role is for you if:** * You leave no payroll processes unresolved and tolerate no payroll errors. * You can work under pressure without losing control. * You can make decisions and resolve issues independently, without relying on third parties. * You possess the ability to lead with structure, order, and rigor. ### ***We seek individuals with the judgment, character, and precision required to ensure payroll reliability—even under high-pressure scenarios.***
