**Leading Real Estate Development Company Seeks:** **Accounting Coordinator (On-site \- Santa Fe)** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting **JOB OBJECTIVE** Manage and control the financial information of the various companies within the Group to issue financial statements for business decision-making, as well as monitor compliance with tax, social security, and AML regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Record accounting entries in accordance with NIF, IFRS, and IAS standards. 2\. Review accounts payable, validating supplier information, registration, and payments; 3\. Review amortizations, depreciation, and expense provisions to prepare income statements; 4\. Review accounts receivable, verifying contracts, determining delinquent portfolio, validating customer payments, and issuing customer account statements; 5\. Analyze the trial balance for highly relevant accounts, namely expenses, revenues, and taxes; 6\. Prepare financial statements resulting from strict control over accounts payable and accounts receivable; 7\. Monitor compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. 8\. Support financial statement audits to reconcile financial information, suppliers, and internal customers. 9\. Review project-related expenses and costs against assigned system budgets (budgeted, contracted, paid, invoiced but unpaid, advances, and retention funds). 10\. Review and monitor bridge loans and intercompany loans. 11\. Review and ensure proper monthly and annual tax compliance. 12\. Preparation of preliminary tax closings. 13\. Review and validate payroll integration. 14\. Contractor compliance with SIROC (Construction Work Registration System) and IMSS construction project closure. 15\. Automation of accounting reports. 16\.
