Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. **Job Description** Responsibilities: * Foster a culture of regulatory compliance and ethical business practices across the organization. * Drive implementation of the ethics and compliance program, and prevent, detect, and correct violations of law, Vantive policies, and the Code of Conduct. * Implement Vantive’s Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures—including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy—and support related processes. * Identify Vantive’s compliance and legal risks within the country/cluster. * Handle samples and data generated during analysis in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Manage inventory control of pure reagents, prepared reagents, and consumables required for sample processing and/or equipment use. * Maintain clean, calibrated equipment and ensure adequate stock levels of associated consumables. * Collect, analyze, and dispose of materials or raw materials as required (per departmental needs). Availability and flexibility as required by the process. Accountabilities: * Apply and maintain order and cleanliness in adherence to the 6S methodology. * Monitor compliance with Local Health Regulations, regulations of countries where products are exported, international standards ISO 9001/ISO 13485, corporate requirements, NOM-059-SSA1, NOM-241-SSA1, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Perform activities within a regulatory framework in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and/or Good Storage Practices (GSP). * Understand and follow job-specific activities per departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Consider performance indicators aligned with departmental/leadership objectives. * Comply with industrial safety and hygiene guidelines. * Complete regulatory training or other training that enhances job performance. * Fulfill leadership expectations assigned according to position. * Immediately report any findings identified during processes and/or equipment operation. * Maintain clean, calibrated equipment and ensure adequate stock levels of associated consumables. * Ensure and maintain product quality through compliance with the quality management system, per customer and corporate standards. * Adhere to internal laboratory safety rules and comply with industrial safety and hygiene guidelines. * Implement the risk management process where applicable.
