Stay updated on products and services * Key Responsibilities: \* Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a credit, identifying their needs to facilitate new credit placements. Update all customer information in the system during each visit or contact, at least once per year. Process credit applications accurately to avoid payment delays and fraud. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. **Cambacear:** Promoting products outside the point of sale. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
