




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising restaurant operations, ensuring hygiene and quality standards, and managing work teams. Key Highlights: 1. Resolves operational issues and trains staff **OBJECTIVE** Responsible for assigned restaurant work areas; tasked with reviewing minor and major equipment, knowing and being able to execute all workstations within the area, mastering food hygiene standards and standardized recipes, ensuring correct production (quality and quantity), reporting any issues. Follows up on scheduled periodic activities, organizes assigned personnel to develop schedules, brigades, and events, proposes improvements, and acts proactively. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Supervise areas to ensure proper service delivery * Demonstrate availability for any request made by the area leader * Possess in-depth knowledge of supervised areas * Verify completeness of production and inventory supply checklists and place orders accordingly * Assist colleagues when necessary * Report any incident or critical information to the leader before, during, and after service * Ensure shift closing activities are completed: areas tidy and clean; ventilation, injection, and extraction systems turned off; gas and electricity switched off * Attend and/or deliver departmental training sessions * Enforce time adherence and orchestrate restaurant area operations * Resolve emerging issues during the shift and report them **KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE** * Experience in restaurant openings * Knowledge of ISO 9000 certification and H Distinction implementation * Cost management * Budget preparation * Dish innovation * Availability for rotating shifts **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership * Effective communication * Organization * Results orientation * Problem solving * Teamwork * Proactivity * Adherence to standards * Operational control Salary: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Staff cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
