Focus on portion control and maintaining cleanliness. **We are looking for a line cook!** A gourmet sandwich, baguette, and snack restaurant located at **PLAZA SOLARE in San Antonio Cucul** is seeking talent passionate about cooking **‍‍** * **Work days and hours:** MONDAY TO SUNDAY 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (TUESDAY OFF) * **Work location:** Plaza Solare, San Antonio Cucul, Mérida. * **Net monthly salary:** 11,500 MXN per month \+ weekly tips \+ meals \+ statutory benefits. * **Minimum 6 months of experience.** **Responsibilities:** * Crafting and preparing sandwiches, appetizers, etc. * Preparing and cooking sandwiches according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Cooking meats, sauces, vegetables, and other necessary ingredients. * Keeping the workstation clean and organized. * Controlling portions and minimizing ingredient waste. * Assisting with general kitchen cleaning.
