Autonomous diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents We Are Looking For: **Senior Technical Support Engineer**, responsible for the daily technological operations of the corporate office and its business units. This position emphasizes operational continuity, failure prevention, and **autonomous incident resolution—not traditional help desk support.** The candidate will serve as the technical lead ensuring that systems, equipment, and connectivity operate correctly across business units. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure availability of equipment, network, and systems at branches and corporate office * Autonomous diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents * Identify root causes of recurring failures, implement permanent solutions, perform preventive maintenance, and monitor critical operational equipment * Basic administration of LAN/WiFi networks, routers, and links * First-level functional support (branch operating systems, ticket printers, readers, biometric devices, and peripherals) * Incident response and prioritization based on operational impact, and on-site support * User account, email, access, and configuration management **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in technical support and infrastructure, supporting multiple locations or branches, **with proven ability to operate autonomously without constant supervision.** **Personal vehicle required for travel to business units.** **High availability required.** **Technical Knowledge:** * Windows, hardware, and basic networking (IP, switches, routers, connectivity) * Support for administrative systems * Remote connections and VPN * Operational devices (ticket printers, peripherals) * Security cameras **We Offer:** Competitive salary based on experience ($18,000 net monthly) Bi-weekly payroll Statutory benefits Job stability Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Years of experience with mastery of the functions described above?
