Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of verifiable farm maintenance experience. Knowledge of controlled-environment systems. Experience managing operational staff and maintenance technicians. Willingness to travel between farms. Valid Class 'C' driver's license. Knowledge Areas: Electromechanics applied to farms. Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Ventilation equipment, curtains, exhaust fans, and evaporative cooling pads. Automated feeding systems and water lines. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. Motors, pumps, electrical panels, and generators. Diagnosis and resolution of operational failures. Management and supervision of suppliers and spare parts. Administration and control of maintenance tools and inventory. Development and monitoring of maintenance programs. Personnel management, leadership, and teamwork. Basic Microsoft Office software proficiency. Knowledge of biosecurity and applicable regulations for the agro-industrial sector. Compilation and consolidation of attendance/incident reports for payroll processing of supervised personnel. Responsibilities: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of farms. Ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities. Coordinate maintenance personnel and monitor daily activities. Respond to electrical, mechanical, and operational failures on farms. Supervise controlled-environment systems and automated feeding systems. Monitor repairs, services, and external work. Control inventories of tools, materials, and spare parts. Develop maintenance programs and reports. Ensure compliance with procedures and good operational practices. Coordinate continuous improvement projects for infrastructure and equipment. Consolidate attendance/incident reports and other documentation for payroll processing of maintenance personnel. Track key performance indicators and operational needs of farms.
