ALTEN Mexico, a leading company in engineering and technology consulting, is looking for a **Manual Functional Tester** to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for **executing high-quality manual tests** on web, mobile, and backend products, ensuring deliverables meet functional and business requirements. This position is critical to guaranteeing **product quality**, collaborating closely with development, DevOps, product, and stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation and tracking of defects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT manual tests according to defined test plans and test cases. * Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage. * Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear reproduction steps. * Review and validate test results from other testers or external vendors, ensuring consistency and coverage. * Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to resolve incidents and support continuous improvement. * Participate in sprint meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives to provide the QA perspective. * Support preparation of automated tests by providing appropriate test cases and executing basic scripts when required. **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience in manual QA**, preferably with **basic knowledge of test automation**. * Solid experience in **manual test execution**: functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT. * Knowledge of **API testing tools**: Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured. * Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience with **databases, APIs, JSON/XML**, and version control (**Git**). * Strong **communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills**. **Benefits** * Major Medical Expense Insurance * 15 Days Year-End Bonus * Vacation Bonus: 25% * Dental and Vision Insurance * Grocery Vouchers * 12 Vacation Days
