Customer portfolio management We are seeking personnel for the position of telephone-based collection officer Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, payment platforms, collections, and/or handling objections. Responsibilities: * Telephone-based customer service. * Follow-up on renewals of suspended customers. * Collection management with delinquent customers * Provide information regarding services rendered to customers. * Customer portfolio management via Excel. * Coordination with collectors to ensure portfolio compliance. * Administrative processes. Benefits: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM.
