Ensures proper assignment and tracking of OTMs. Mega, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking: Radio Controller Supervisor Cym JOB MISSION Supervise and coordinate radio operators under one's charge, following analysis and evaluation of their productivity, providing feedback for improvement, and escalating special cases to appropriate departments through timely case-by-case analysis to ensure effective customer service. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Supervise and ensure each radio controller assigns the OTM to the location where a technician will be dispatched. Supervise and ensure the contract was serviced at the ATQ and is functioning properly. Ensure radio controllers have the necessary information and tools. Supervise and ensure tracking of field crews assigned to each radio controller by analyzing reports of completed OTMs. REQUIREMENTS: Technical high school diploma or university-level technical degree in communications and electronics. 2 years of experience in network maintenance (HFC, FTTH, COAXIAL). Knowledge of optical fiber.
