Job Summary: On-site collection agent responsible for recovering overdue accounts, offering promotions, and ensuring customer location and agreement. Key Highlights: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts through home visits. 2. Efficient planning and routing of customer routes. 3. Negotiation and resolution of customer inquiries to reach agreements. Conduct recovery of overdue accounts by visiting customers’ homes to secure delayed payments. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Visit customers with suspended service to offer current recovery promotions. Plan and route customers loaded on a tablet, reviewing assigned quantities per neighborhood to operate more efficiently and complete the route as soon as possible. Register customers (visit, collection, equipment recovery) to enable follow-up or service reactivation as applicable. Deliver promotion notices. In cases where the customer is not at home, contact them to resolve inquiries or reach an agreement. Conduct prospecting calls to suspended customers, scheduling appointments and confirming availability times to ensure their location and reach agreements. Submit daily settlement to supervisor, generating a summary of collected contracts and recovered equipment on the electronic device to reconcile accounting records. o Prepare daily recovery reports.
