We require an Administrative Assistant Requirements: Skills: Proficiency in SAT portals, management systems (ERP), and basic to intermediate Excel. Profile: An organized individual with strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal attention. What will be your main responsibilities? Financial Control: Generate daily reports on income, costs, and expenses, ensuring perfect reconciliation with the system. Payroll Management: Consolidate payroll incidents from various Uniprint departments for submission to payroll. Warehouse Control: Record outgoing raw materials (labels and flexography) and cleaning supplies. Tax and Payment Management: Download invoices (SAT/Suppliers), verify petty cash expenses, travel allowances, and corporate card expenditures. Maintenance: Coordinate material replenishment and supervise building maintenance work execution. Monthly Closing: Support accounting reporting and analysis of reports.
