Garment Machine Operator **Department:** Production **Objective:** Assembly and finishing of high-quality garments under efficiency and safety standards. **What You Will Do:** * **Specialized Operation:** Handling of straight-stitch machines, overlock machines (3-, 4-, and 5-thread), buttonhole machines, bartacking machines, double-needle machines, and button attaching machines. * **Technical Interpretation:** Reading technical sheets and patterns to execute precise stitching. * **Quality Control:** Verification of stitch formation, thread tension, and alignment for each piece. * **Basic Maintenance:** Needle and thread replacement, and preventive cleaning of equipment. **Key Requirements:** * Prior experience operating industrial garment machinery. * Ability to work under production targets. * Attention to detail and focus on professional finishing. \-\-\-\-\-\- Finishing, Unraveling, and Fusing Operator **Department:** Production **Objective:** Ensure impeccable presentation of the final product through cleaning, pressing, and visual inspection processes. **What You Will Do:** * **Final Detailing:** Unraveling, removal of debris, and general garment cleaning. * **Fusing Process:** Operation of industrial irons and fusing equipment (temperature and pressure control for interfacings and patches). * **Quality Inspection:** Visual inspection of symmetry, seams, and defect detection prior to packaging. * **Internal Logistics:** Assistance with folding, labeling, and preparation for shipment. **Key Requirements:** * Manual dexterity and visual acuity. * Discipline to meet delivery deadlines. * Commitment to workplace cleanliness and order.
