Collaboration on retail projects Position: Cost and Budget Analyst A construction company specializing in retail projects is looking for a Civil Engineer to fill the position of Cost and Budget Analyst and join our team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Experience in retail-type construction projects * Proficiency in specialized budgeting software (Neodata, Opus, or similar) * Knowledge of unit price analysis, creation of price cards, and budget preparation * Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * AutoCAD proficiency (preferred) Responsibilities: * Preparation of construction budgets and unit price analysis * Compilation and integration of data for input, productivity, and pricing databases * Support in preparing proposals for tenders * Cost control and monitoring for ongoing projects * Collaboration with the construction coordination department * Preparation of project closeouts and variance analysis Skills: * Responsible and organized * Proactive, with problem-solving ability and decision-making skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to work effectively in a team We Offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities within a continuously expanding company * Excellent work environment Work Location: Mérida, Yucatán Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV to: grupobatcor.25@gmail.com so we can schedule an interview with you.
