If you have experience managing teams and seek stability within a corporate environment, this vacancy is for you! **Cleaning Services Coordinator** * **Workdays and hours**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; flexible schedule availability * **Work location**: Col. Emiliano Zapata Norte * **Monthly net salary**: $18,000 net \+ immediate statutory benefits \+ utility vehicle **2\- Profile Requirements:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (graduated, completed, or incomplete) * **Experience**: 2 years supervising cleaning services (corporate, industrial, hospitality, or similar), operational staff management. * **Technical knowledge**: Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word), Google Drive usage (Sheets, Docs, shared reports), knowledge of cleaning processes, proper use of supplies, chemicals, and cleaning materials, quality standards, incident and attendance control. * **Competencies**: Attention to detail, organization, planning, monitoring and control, responsibility, sense of urgency, operational staff management, effective communication, teamwork, commitment, and discipline * **Driver’s license (Driver)** **3\- Key Responsibilities and Functions:** **1\. Operational coordination** Coordinate the cleaning team Assign supervision routes and optimize travel time Ensure service coverage at each location **2\. Quality supervision** Conduct site visits to verify: * Cleaning quality * Compliance with routines and standards * Proper use of materials and supplies **3\. Administrative control** Record and monitor staff attendance Control incidents (absences, tardiness, turnover) Validate daily operational reports **4\. Logistics and operations** Coordinate replacements in case of absences Ensure each service has the required personnel Monitor distribution of supplies and materials **5\. Personnel management** Directly supervise 5 people **6\. Customer service** Maintain constant communication with clients Address complaints, requests, or incidents Ensure customer satisfaction with the service **4\- Additional Information:** * Utility vehicle provided during working hours
