SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Provide floor-level operational support in store by executing operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and truck shipments in accordance with applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper fronting and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in opening/closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure correct merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby delivering excellent service reflected in point-of-sale transaction closures; handle customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cash register policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience is desirable.
