**Finance Manager**
**Job Objective:** Lead, plan, and supervise the Group's financial strategy, ensuring economic stability, budgetary control, profitability, and compliance with tax and financial obligations through efficient resource management and data-driven decision-making based on financial indicators and strategic analysis.
**Requirements:**
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree in Finance, Administration, or an MBA and/or professional certifications in finance, taxation, or administration are desirable.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in financial managerial positions.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis.
Experience leading high-level, multidisciplinary teams.
Experience managing financial KPIs and budgetary control.
Desirable experience in corporate, commercial, industrial, or nationally expanding companies.
Experience in banking negotiations and financial resource management.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Design and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's corporate objectives.
* Supervise the preparation, control, and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
* Ensure proper management of cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
* Analyze financial indicators, profitability, and economic performance to support executive decision-making.
* Supervise accounting, tax, and financial processes to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
* Present executive financial reports, risk analyses, and forecasts to the General Management.
* Develop cost-optimization and profitability-maximization strategies.
* Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and financial control.
* Manage relationships with banks, investors, suppliers, and external entities.
* Implement internal controls and financial policies to strengthen organizational operations.
* Lead and develop high-performance finance teams focused on results and continuous improvement.
* Supervise financial planning processes, investment analysis, and evaluation of strategic projects.
* Ensure timely fulfillment of tax, fiscal, and corporate obligations.
* Actively participate in business expansion, growth, and financial evaluation processes.
