




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Capital professional with experience in recruitment, selection, and personnel management, possessing strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Support across various Human Capital areas EXPERIENCE: 2 years managing recruitment sources and personnel, social media, file preparation, etc. EDUCATION: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. ACCUSTOMED TO WORKING UNDER PRESSURE. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Post job openings on various recruitment channels according to the pre-reviewed and approved position profile. (Flyer distribution, loudspeaker announcements, online postings) \-Receive and screen candidate profiles according to the requisition, and schedule them for in-person interviews. \-Competency-based interviews \-Administer psychometric and toxicology tests to scheduled candidates (coordinate with instructors for driving tests for Operators). \-Onboarding \-Uniform inventory control and tracking \-Tracking and updating employee documentation \-Prepare various weekly and monthly reports \-Provide support across various Human Capital areas Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
