Key Responsibilities: - Active recruitment of fifth-wheel operators. - Posting on specialized media and social networks. - Conducting initial interviews and validating experience and documentation. - Managing and maintaining candidate files. - Direct coordination with the operations department. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting fifth-wheel operators (MANDATORY). - Experience in operational recruitment processes within freight transportation. - Knowledge of operator documentation (licenses, medical fitness certificates, references). - Applications without fifth-wheel operator recruitment experience will not be considered.
