Identification of sales opportunities and business development **B2B Client Service Executive** **Location:** Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico A prominent manufacturing-sector company is seeking a professional experienced in enterprise client service, results-oriented, and skilled in commercial follow-up. **Position Objective** To provide comprehensive service to corporate clients, ensuring accurate order tracking, strengthening business relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and direct service of enterprise client portfolio * Internal coordination with production and logistics departments to ensure on-time deliveries * Quotation preparation, dispatch, and follow-up * Order administration and invoicing process * Support and follow-up on collections * Incident handling and resolution * Periodic client visits * Identification of sales opportunities and business development **Required Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B client service within the industrial or manufacturing sector * Knowledge of invoicing and order administration * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Ability to work towards targets and under pressure * Dynamic, proactive, and possessing excellent personal presentation, as this role represents the company’s image. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $15,000 * Meal vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one * Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * Transportation support (company vehicle with driver for client visits) **IMPORTANT:** Only candidates with enterprise client (B2B) experience will be considered.
