Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage social media communities and bring the brand’s visual identity to life through digital designs. Key Highlights: 1. At MEXICO CAR RENTAL, Mexico’s largest car rental platform, we seek a professional who not only manages social media communities but also brings the brand’s visual identity to life through digital designs. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and moderate social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and fostering authentic conversations. - Write creative copy aligned with the brand voice and with excellent spelling. - Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. - Monitor community engagement (interactions, inquiries, and issue escalation). - Support planning and execution of the content calendar. - Design graphic assets (posts, stories, banners, etc.) using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Edit short videos using CapCut and participate in basic video recordings. - Collaborate on visual consistency and the evolution of the brand identity. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field (mandatory). - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Basic knowledge of CapCut for video editing. - Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and dynamics. - Proactive, organized, communicative profile with a strong willingness to learn. - Preferred: Basic understanding of UX/UI. ADDITIONALLY VALUED: - Knowledge of AI tools applied to content creation and design. - Basic photography skills. - Video production knowledge.
