GRUPO DICAS is looking for a **BDC Advisor** (*Business Development Center*), a key role in digital transformation at an automotive dealership, with the primary objective of converting "leads" into effective appointments at the showroom or workshop. Profile: * Education: Completed high school; Bachelor’s degree in business or communications preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call centers, telephone sales, or digital customer service—preferably in the automotive sector. * Proficiency in digital tools (WhatsApp Business, social media). * Experience using CRM systems and database management platforms. * Microsoft Office suite (especially intermediate Excel). Responsibilities: * **Lead Management:** Near-immediate contact with prospects arriving via Facebook, website, or specialized portals to prevent them from exploring alternative options. * **Appointment Scheduling:** Schedule visits to the dealership, ensuring availability of floor advisors or workshop staff. * **Outbound Follow-up:** Conduct follow-up calls to customers who did not purchase, customers with loans nearing maturity, or those due for upcoming maintenance services. * **CRM Administration:** Record every interaction, comment, and call outcome to keep the database updated and properly segmented. * **Attendance Confirmation:** Call customers prior to their scheduled appointment to reduce the no-show rate.
