Position Objective To optimize customers’ cleaning, disinfection, and laundry processes through specialized technical advisory services; ensure proper operation of loaned equipment via preventive and corrective maintenance; and identify commercial opportunities contributing to business growth. ⸻ 3\. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, analyze, and resolve malfunctions in dosing equipment and cleaning/laundry systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment installed at customer sites. * Provide timely and professional technical support to customers. * Prepare service reports, technical records, and equipment tracking logs. * Interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams. * Administer equipment loan agreements. * Adhere to the scheduled visit calendar. * Manage routes, timeframes, and resources for customer support. * Record formulas and propose process improvements. * Identify cross\-selling opportunities and share them with the sales department. ⸻ 4\.
