Position Summary: Credit Coordinator with experience in leading credit advisor teams, promoting portfolio disbursement and recovery, and developing strategies to achieve objectives. Development of strategies and staff training. **FINANCIERA TUIIO DE BANCO SANTANDER** Credit Coordinator Mandatory experience in this role as leader of group credit or similar. Knowledge of the area. Teamwork / personnel management. Collections and delinquency control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of 6 to 10 Credit Advisors. * Coordinate activities related to promotion, disbursement, and portfolio recovery. * Difficult collections. * Credit approvals. * Train assigned staff. * Validate processes according to methodology. * Develop strategies to achieve objectives. * 80% field work. Profile: * Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in this position. * Experience managing sales personnel in the field. * Preferably possess personal transportation. * Knowledge of the area. **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment with the company. * Competitive base salary: MXN 13,500 plus MXN 2,000 transportation allowance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
