




Position Summary: Co-lead the commercial strategy and execution for real estate projects, being accountable for results, strategic alliances, and sales channel growth. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo Entre Islas was founded to develop real estate projects with identity, strategy, and long-term vision in key destinations. We begin with **Entre Islas Cozumel Downtown**, but this is only the first project of a group aiming to grow and replicate its model. We seek leaders who want to **build from scratch**, not merely manage what already exists. **Purpose of the Position** Co\-lead the project’s commercial strategy and execution (in synergy with the Commercial Director), being responsible for results, strategic alliances, and sales channel growth, working directly with the Commercial Director. This role combines leadership, strategy, business relationships, and execution. **Responsibilities** **\-Commercial Leadership** * Design and execute the project’s commercial strategy. * Ensure achievement of sales targets. * Support and guide the internal commercial team through the coordinator. * Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and results. **\-Alliances, Brokers, and External Sales** * Develop and manage strategic alliances. * Engage with brokers, master brokers, and external channels. * Identify and open new business opportunities. * Represent the project commercially to key partners. **\-Strategic Closings** * Support high-value closings. * Participate in commercial events and launches. * Quarterly trips to Cozumel for key events (planned). **\-Strategic Coordination** * Direct collaboration with the Commercial Director. * Alignment with marketing for campaigns and launches. * Active participation in pricing and strategy decisions. **Profile We Seek** * Bachelor’s degree in commercial, administrative, or related fields. * Suggested experience of 3–6 years in sales, commercial development, or leadership (not mandatory). * Real estate sector experience is essential. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Relationship-oriented, strategic, and results-driven profile. * Ability to build processes and teams. * Owner mindset, not employee mindset.
