Work schedule: Monday to Saturday 6\. **Referral bonus for successful referrals:** $350 MXN 7\. **Compensation for participating in our Social Media Content Creator Program:** up to $100 USD per quarter **How to join our team:** **Initial Pre-screening:** Upon applying, you’ll answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **Interview with AVI and Brief Call:** If you pass the pre-screening, you’ll complete an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a short call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance in the process, you’ll have an interview with the account you’re applying to. You’ll receive performance feedback on the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we’ll extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, you’ll submit required documents, upload information, complete medical exams, and sign the contract. And that’s it—you’ll be ready to start working with us! **Transparency and Real-Time Feedback:** Throughout the entire process, you’ll have full visibility into each stage and receive real-time feedback so you’re always aware of your progress.
