Being part of our security team means being the first trust and protection filter in the aviation sector. **Job Offer:** * Biweekly Salary: $4,931\.55 * **Monthly bonus** for punctuality and attendance. * Work schedule is 12 x 24, for example: Monday and Tuesday: 7 AM to 7 PM (Day shift) Wednesday and Thursday: 7 PM to 7 AM (Night shift) Friday and Saturday: Rest days * **Statutory benefits** from day one (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation). * Official uniforms provided at no cost. * On rest days, you may also work extra shifts as needed, and each 12-hour shift is paid **$600\.00** (deposited in your biweekly payroll). **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: **Junior High School Certificate**. * **Valid and up-to-date documentation** (mandatory). * Availability to **rotate shifts**, including weekends. * Ability for **effective communication** and teamwork. * No prior experience required; we provide training. **Responsibilities:** * **Access control** for entry and exit at strategic points. * **Inspection of persons and baggage** at security checkpoints. * **Continuous surveillance** of client facilities and assets. * Identification and reporting of **potential security risks**. * Providing **assistance and guidance** to airport users and passengers.
