***Are sales and tourism your passion?*** **At Viajes Lili, we are seeking an Experience Advisor (Travel Agent) to drive the sale of domestic and international travel packages, creating unforgettable memories for our customers.** **What we’re looking for in you:** * Experience working under monthly performance indicators. * Sales experience (ideally in tourism, insurance, or financial services). * Knowledge of travel packages, hotels, flights, and experiences. * Negotiation and customer service skills. * Energy, commercial focus, and passion for travel. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Advising customers on destinations, domestic and international travel packages, and travel experiences. * Designing customized itineraries aligned with their dreams and needs. * Staying up-to-date on tourism trends, promotions, and industry news. * Building trust-based relationships and meeting (or exceeding!) your sales targets. **What we offer:** * Base salary: $13,000 \+ bonus $5,000 (guaranteed) * Uncapped commissions (range: $30,000 to $100,000 monthly net, depending on your sales skills and results). * Exclusive travel benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Punctuality vouchers. * Ongoing training and real growth opportunities. * A positive, dynamic, and travel-oriented work environment. * Rotating shifts.
