Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and control, ensuring compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. In-depth knowledge of labor and tax laws. **PAYROLL SPECIALIST NEEDED** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field * 3 years of experience in a similar position **Responsibilities** * Payroll processing (weekly and biweekly) using CONTPAQi Nóminas. * Calculation of salaries, earnings, deductions, overtime, bonuses, vacations, vacation bonuses, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), severance payments, and settlements. * Tracking and recording of incidents including absences, tardiness, medical leaves, permits, and vacations. * Generation, stamping (timbrado), and cancellation of payroll CFDI version 4.0. * SUA usage for calculating employer-employee contributions, INFONAVIT amortizations, and SIPARE payment line generation. * IDSE usage to register new employees, process terminations, adjust salaries, and handle rehiring with IMSS. * Management of affiliation movements and monitoring of employer obligations with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Application and tracking of INFONAVIT loan deductions and calculation of bimonthly variables. * Preparation of reconciliations among payroll, SUA, accounting, and bank disbursements. * Management and administration of labor files and employee documentation. * Preparation of administrative, tax, and payroll cost reports. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for databases, reporting, and administrative controls. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, Income Tax (ISR) on salaries, and tax obligations **We Offer** * Starting monthly salary of $12,882.00 * Salary increases based on performance * Food vouchers equivalent to 8% of salary * Savings fund contribution of 8% * Social security coverage from day one * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $11,300.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
