Opportunity for growth and continuous training At Gas Tomza, we seek an Operations Manager with experience in logistics, distribution, and route administration, focused on results, operational leadership, and continuous improvement. Position Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily distribution and logistics operations, ensuring route efficiency, performance indicator compliance, operational safety, and customer service. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily logistics and distribution operations. * Coordinate and optimize delivery routes. * Manage operational staff and drivers. * Monitor performance, delivery times, and on-time delivery compliance. * Track operational indicators and productivity. * Supervise compliance with safety and operational standards. * Coordinate maintenance activities with the workshop department and vehicle availability. * Prepare operational reports and analyze results. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Demonstrable experience in logistics, distribution, and route management. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Knowledge of operational performance indicators and logistics control. * Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills. * Flexible working hours.
