**HR Analyst – Mérida, Yucatán (Umán Area)** We are seeking a **Talent and Culture Analyst** responsible for attracting, selecting, and developing top human capital while ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. This position is critical for managing the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition to retention—aligning every hire with the company’s values and strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative profiles. * Posting job openings on employment portals and professional networks. * Competency-based interviews and coordination of psychometric assessments. * Onboarding and orientation of new hires. * Workplace climate management, internal communication, and wellness programs. * Coordination of training initiatives and follow-up on performance evaluations. * Administration of payroll incidents (tardiness, absences). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and employment platforms. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Competencies: assertive communication, organization, leadership, empathy, and ability to work under pressure. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). **Working Conditions:** * Net monthly salary: $17,000 (includes savings fund) * Statutory benefits from day one plus savings fund * Company-provided meals * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs (including lunch break), and Saturdays, 8:00–13:00 hrs. **Selection Process:** * Interview with consultants. * Administration of psychometric tests. * Reference verification.
