Service vocation and commitment At SEPIVER, we are seeking a committed, organized individual with a service vocation to fill the position of Human Capital Manager, primarily focused on operational personnel management within assigned services. **Position Objective** Coordinate and execute operational recruitment processes, onboarding, physical and digital file management, preparation of deliverables for clients, operational personnel support, and timely management of labor separation processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality in Human Capital. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. (Degree mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and INFONAVIT. * Demonstrable experience in operational recruitment (guards, supervisors, field positions). * Experience in organizing physical and digital personnel files. * Ability to generate deliverables, reports, and operational information required by clients. * Ability to manage terminations, resignations, and labor separation processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital platforms. * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and capacity to resolve labor incidents. * Preferred: Experience managing operational staff of approximately 150 personnel. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end coordination of operational recruitment, including telephone screenings, interviews, and document verification. * Posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, conducting screenings, and ensuring timely coverage of operational positions. * Integrating, organizing, and updating physical and digital files of assigned personnel. * Preparing deliverables and reports required by clients (hires, transfers, status updates, reports). * Providing direct support to operational personnel, assisting with inquiries, incidents, and basic administrative procedures. * Executing termination, resignation, and separation processes, ensuring due process and regulatory compliance. * Maintaining orderly documentation and supporting internal Human Capital audits. * Ensuring effective communication among corporate, supervisors, and operational personnel to guarantee service continuity. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development opportunity **Salary** $15,000 Monthly net Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
