




Job Summary: This role involves conducting sensory evaluations of tequila at different stages, identifying aromatic and taste profiles, and collaborating in defining and adjusting brand profiles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sensory evaluations of tequila at various stages of the process. 2. Identification and description of aromatic and taste profiles. 3. Collaboration in defining and adjusting tequila profiles. * Conduct sensory evaluations of tequila at different stages of the process (distillation, aging, blending, and final product). * Identify and describe the aromatic and taste profiles of tequila. * Participate in defining and adjusting sensory profiles for tequila brands or batches. * Detect potential quality deviations, defects, or contaminations in the product. * Support the creation or improvement of blends to maintain flavor consistency. * Prepare sensory reports and tasting records. * Collaborate with production, quality, and product development departments. * Participate in internal tasting panels for comparative batch evaluation. * Support product profile standardization.
