What will you do? * Record and maintain the company’s general accounting up to date. * Account for revenues, expenses, accruals, journal entries, and accounting adjustments. * Perform periodic accounting and bank reconciliations. * Validate and control the proper issuance, receipt, and recording of CFDIs (revenues, expenses, and payroll). * Support preparation of tax returns (ISR, IVA, DIOT, etc.). * Monitor payments, invoicing, advances, and reimbursements. * Prepare monthly accounting reports for Treasury and Administration. * Manage accruals (payroll, taxes, benefits, and liabilities). * Support annual budget control and analysis. * Identify accounting deviations, inconsistencies, or risks and report them promptly. * Provide support during internal and external audits. What do you need? ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. ✔ Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax regulations. ✔ Proficiency in general and tax accounting. ✔ Experience with CFDIs, bank reconciliations, and ISR and IVA calculations. ✔ Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. ✔ Experience with accounting systems (CONTPAQi, Aspel, SAE, or similar). ✔ Preferred: Diplomas or courses in Mexican tax, labor, and regulatory accounting.
