




Job Summary: ABC Transport seeks a professional to plan and coordinate daily traffic and logistics operations, supervise services, and optimize resources. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: - Proven experience in similar or related positions. - Preferably residing in the eastern zone of Merida or Kanasin. - Flexible working hours. - Valid driver's license is mandatory. Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate daily operations of the traffic and logistics department. - Supervise timely and proper execution of transportation services. - Define strategies to optimize resources (fleet, drivers, and routes). - Make decisions to address operational incidents and ensure service continuity. - Coordinate logistics, traffic, monitoring, and administrative control teams. - Ensure compliance with company policies, internal processes, and client requirements. - Evaluate and continuously improve operational processes. - Maintain direct communication with key clients and internal departments. - Promote and reinforce safe operational practices. - Provide ongoing feedback and direct support to drivers to prevent risks and enhance on-route performance.
