Here, every step you take brings you closer to your best self. **Key Responsibilities:** Meet internal customers’ procurement needs by identifying market suppliers, managing procurement processes, and selecting the optimal supplier option that satisfies specifications, budget, and service-level requirements. * Analyze market trends to propose new and/or improved procurement solutions aligned with AXA’s needs. * Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with suppliers to maximize economic, quality, and service benefits. * Manage supplier contracts—including drafting, review, renewal, and termination—to legally document negotiated commercial agreements, in alignment with company policies and guidelines. * Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (service and cost) to ensure compliance with negotiated and contractually agreed conditions, using control tools that provide visibility into each supplier’s performance, thereby ensuring satisfaction of internal and/or external customers. **Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: **Completed Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or health (medical).** * Language: **Intermediate/advanced English (required)** * Type and Duration of Experience: **Minimum 2 years of experience in negotiation with clients or suppliers, and in project management and follow-up. Hospital experience is desirable.** * Knowledge: **Relationship management with internal and external suppliers and customers; negotiation and project follow-up; data analysis.** * Tools: **Excel (pivot tables, spreadsheet handling), PowerPoint, and Word—intermediate level.
