Job Objective Manage and supervise the company’s accounting and administrative information, ensuring accurate transaction recording, tax compliance, and provision of reliable information for strategic decision-making. 2\. Functions and Responsibilities · Supervise accounting recording of revenues, expenses, purchases, and expenditures. · Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. · Conduct monthly accounting-administrative closings. · Payroll calculation. · Manage cash flow and financial projections. · Review discrepancies between administrative and accounting inventories. · Calculate and file federal and state taxes (ISR, VAT, withholdings). · Ensure compliance with SAT and other tax authorities. · Generate DIOT monthly. · Respond to tax requirements and audits. · Implement and improve internal administrative and accounting controls. · Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable. · Supervise invoicing and daily reporting. · Bank reconciliations. · Travel allowance control. · Prepare monthly income statements for General Management. 3\. Requirements · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (certified). · Experience: 3 years in corporate accounting. · Technical Knowledge: General and tax accounting. · Cost of sales and inventory management. · Mexican tax legislation. · Internal control. · Accounting software (CLICK BALANCE). · Advanced Excel. 4\.
