We are looking for a Branch Manager responsible for comprehensive store management, ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. We seek a dynamic leader with proven retail experience. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise all daily branch operations. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established targets. * Manage and motivate the sales team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. * Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues and enhancing the shopping experience. * Monitor inventory and ensure proper product display. * Track and analyze branch performance indicators to make informed decisions. * Maintain effective communication with other departments. * Staff training and development. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in the construction industry. * Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of inventory management and cost control. * Availability to work regular business hours, including weekends. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions, $20,000 monthly gross. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Direct employment contract with the company.
