Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and product quality, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles within quality management positions. Position Objective Ensure the proper implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and product quality, guaranteeing compliance with ISO 9001:2015, contractual requirements, and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Ensure construction processes comply with regulations, technical specifications, and applicable legal requirements. Plan and coordinate internal and external quality system audits. Define, document, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and forms. Manage customer complaints and non-conformities Identify, record, and track non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Supervise material and supply control to ensure required quality. Train and raise awareness among staff on quality and regulatory compliance topics. Coordinate with department managers and other areas to ensure execution in accordance with quality specifications and standards.
