Job Summary: Empaques Nova is seeking an Industrial Mechanic for the Maintenance Department, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and adjusting machinery, facilities, and equipment, as well as analyzing malfunctions and conducting predictive maintenance inspections. We are seeking: **Industrial Mechanic** Requirements: \*Completed high school, TSU, or Engineering degree \*Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance, Lubricants, Bearings \*Proficiency in measurement equipment \*Familiarity with bearing tables, fits, and tolerances \*Flexible availability (shift rotation required) Responsibilities: \* Diagnose, repair, and adjust machinery, facilities, and equipment as needed. \* Diagnose, repair, and adjust machinery, facilities, and equipment as needed. \* Analyze and report malfunctions in product operation. \* Perform daily inspection rounds as part of the predictive maintenance program.
