TOTAL PLAY, a leading 100% Mexican telecommunications company, is seeking new talent such as: Early Collections Manager Office-based position Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections-related roles. (Telephone collections management and administrative areas.) * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Experience in collections activities * Fluency of speech and negotiation ability * Excellent customer service attitude * Problem-solving skills Job Responsibilities: Achieve objectives for first-invoice delinquent portfolios and/or buckets defined by central strategy. Retain first-invoice delinquent accounts through telephone outreach across 100% of assigned portfolios. Conduct early-stage portfolio management via telephone outreach for customers who cannot be reached and/or who refuse payment, as assigned by central collections. Responsible for Early-Stage Portfolio Report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment Document customer interactions in the system Responsible for early-stage collections management and related performance indicators Work Schedule Mon-Fri: 9 am to 7 pm with 2 hours for lunch Sat-Sun: Rotating days off; on working days, schedule is 9 am to 5 pm We Offer: Statutory benefits Base salary of $9,452.40 + productivity bonuses based on achievable targets Life insurance Benefits provided by Grupo Salinas Career growth within the company.
