You will be part of an environment where your technical expertise directly impacts project profitability and viability. ### **Job Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Bonuses for completed tenders * Work schedule from Monday to Friday * Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs * Job stability * Participation in key construction sector projects * Professional development in cost and budget analysis ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * **Desirable experience preparing budgets for small-scale commercial construction projects, such as Oxxo, 7\-eleven, pharmacies, Dunosusas, etc.** * Proficiency in unit price analysis * Interpretation of construction drawings * Knowledge of construction procedures * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Neodata or Opus * Experience preparing quantity takeoffs * Ability to coordinate work teams ### **Responsibilities:** * Prepare unit price analyses for construction work * Develop work programs for tenders * Review project technical information * Coordinate tender kickoff meetings * Track information released by clients * Prepare subcontractor comparison reports * Update labor costs in budgets * Compile technical and economic documentation for proposals * Identify opportunities for cost optimization **If you have experience in construction budgeting and seek to join a solid team, apply through this channel by submitting your updated CV.**
