Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with experience in payroll preparation and calculation, final settlements, and severance payments, proficient in COMPAC and advanced Excel. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll management for over 250 people. 2. Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. 3. Advanced knowledge of COMPAC and Excel. We are looking for a Payroll Analyst: With 100% mastery of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of payroll incidents * Payroll calculation (weekly and bi-weekly) * Calculation of bonuses, food vouchers, gasoline vouchers, and savings fund contributions * Calculation of final settlements and severance payments * 100% proficiency in COMPAC * Advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge to configure payroll systems (with legal foundations) * Over 5 years of experience in this position * SAT platform handling * Experience preparing ICSOE and SIUB reports * Knowledge and operation of attendance software (TIME WEB) * Payroll management for over 250 employees * Reconciliation handling (e.g., payroll receipts vs. stamped receipts) REQUIREMENTS * Attention to detail and quality * Organization * Sense of urgency * Ability to manage results * Over 5 years of experience in this position managing payrolls for over 250 people * Salary: $15,000–$18,000 gross monthly, depending on experience * Food vouchers
