Opportunity for growth We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive **General Director Assistant** who provides direct support to the General Director in coordinating administrative and personal activities to optimize his time and facilitate company operations. If you possess strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and excellent communication abilities, we want to meet you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and organize the General Director’s calendar. * Provide support in administrative and operational matters of the executive office. * Draft reports and presentations. * Prepare meeting reports and materials. * Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors. * Support the Director’s personal matters, such as bill payments, vendor coordination, and follow-up on pending tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms * Opportunity for growth **Work Location:** Sodzil Norte (near Harbor Plaza) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays (remote work), 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
