Position Summary: Provide attention and high-quality service in the administrative area to the university community, supervising events, managing documentation, and assisting with educational projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attention and high-quality service to the university community. 2. Supervision of academic events and management of documentation. 3. Assistance in planning educational projects. Provide attention and high-quality service to the university community during ***the afternoon shift*** in the administrative area. * Supervise the organization of academic events and institutional activities. * Manage academic and administrative documentation, including reports, records, and files. * Assist in the planning and follow-up of educational projects and academic programs. * Receive and channel requests, questions, and requirements from teaching staff, students, and administrative personnel. * Prepare and follow up on meetings, minutes, and official communications. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Preference for candidates residing in the northern part of the city **Required Competencies:** * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Effective communication, both oral and written. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. * Familiarity with academic management systems and office software tools. * Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. * Teamwork capability and service orientation. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $8,000.00 \- $8,300.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Reception: 1 year (Preferred) * Office work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
